During a fire, it’s common for the primary power and lighting to fail. As such, it’s vital to have emergency lighting that is in-date and in working order in a building to facilitate a safe exit. We cover everything from basic annual maintenance to design compliance with BS 5266-1: 2016.

It is a legal responsibility under The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 to have adequate measures in place to ensure that your electrical equipment in your premises has been tested and inspected by a qualified engineer who can prove competence in the field. This is done through EET (formerly PAT Testing).
